Check-in is at 3pm the first night of your stay, and check-out is at 11am the day you depart. Unless you decide to stay here forever. In which case, we’ll work something out.
A hold of $100 will be placed on the credit card upon check ii, in case of any incidentals. Cash may be paid upon check-out, if you prefer.
Your cancellation policy may vary based on the specific rate type you booked. However, our standard cancellation policy for our Flexible rate says you can cancel without a penalty at any time before 3pm the day before your reservation begins. Once 3pm hits, you’ll be charged for your first night.
Free self-parking is available Sunday – Thursday. On Friday - Sunday, valet parking is available for $36 a night, or $18 for restaurant/bar patrons.
EV charging stations are available.
Our heated Infinity pool is open from 9 am to 8 pm, daily.
Cats and dogs are welcome at CANVAS Hotel Dallas, two pet maximum and/or 60lbs – $100 per pet per stay. Additional cleaning charges will also apply in the event that your furry friend decides to paint his masterpiece on the hotel floor.
What is this, 1985? CANVAS Hotel Dallas is a 100% nonsmoking hotel.
While there is no fitness center inside our hotel, Sanders Fit Performance Center is available to hotel guests and is conveniently located across the street. Just present your room key to use the facility.

While we encourage all of our guests to showcase their time with us, we ask that no professional photography or videography equipment be used (This includes but not limited to professional cameras, lighting, drones, livestreaming, etc.). If you would like to schedule your next photography or videography session, you can contact sales@canvashoteldallas.com for approval and pricing.
We offer a complimentary shuttle service to any location within a three-mile radius. Shuttle operates between 8:00 am – 10 pm daily, based on availability.
You must be 21 years old with a valid ID to make a reservation and check into our hotel. Sorry, three-kids-standing-on-each-other’s-shoulders-in-a-giant-trenchcoat. We’re not falling for that one again.
Yes! The rooftop is open to the public. Pool passes can be purchased for visitors. Ticketed pool events are ages 21+ to enter.
